Vetera Matera Hotel

The training project

We designed a training programme for Vetera Matera Hotel, a luxury hospitality facility in the heart of Matera City, aimed at enhancing each department and strengthening the hotel’s identity as a luxury hospitality establishment. The programme involved the F&B staff with sessions dedicated to mixology, bartending, fermentation and dining room service, leading to the creation of a luxury dining experience consistent with the brand’s positioning. At the same time, the housekeeping staff received targeted training to standardise cleaning and tidying standards, promoting awareness of their role and introducing environmental sustainability practices. The project also included management, focusing on the development of skills in sales, upselling and empathetic management of employees. A tailor-made project designed to raise the quality of service and enhance internal talent, reflecting the excellence that distinguishes Vetera.
