Cape of Senses Spa Hideaway

This hotel is located on a natural terrace between the sky and Lake Garda, in Torri del Benaco. The Cape of Senses is a newly opened prestigious 5-star hotel with 55 rooms, all suites, from junior suites to penthouses. The hotel has 15,000 square metres of floor space, a huge adults-only SPA, 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, 450 square metres of water environment and an incredible 180-degree panorama of Lake Garda.

Given the new opening, we supported the staff with team building activities in order to create a value alignment. We then supported the staff during daily operations, giving targeted feedback to improve linguistics and develop specific skills for effective selling and proactivity.

• Team Building: managers were involved in team building activities to strengthen their bond given the new opening and to create value alignment
• On the job training: targeted training on the management of the luxury guest by applying practical techniques related to the employees’ soft skills
• Linguistic intelligence and sales proactivity: during on-the-job coaching, employees received feedback to improve linguistics and develop concrete skills for sales and proactivity.
