Description of the facility and training project

The hotel is located along a famous stretch of the Ligurian Riviera, with a private beach and seawater swimming pool.

It has three restaurants, the “A Spurcacciun-a”, the Sushi Beach and the Bistrot Marea where you can taste and learn about traditional Ligurian cuisine and more.

It offers 66 rooms, 4 meeting rooms with a capacity of over 100 people and the possibility of organising events or special ceremonies.

The Mare Hotel contacted us to create together a training path aimed at developing the leadership of its staff and creating a guest experience aligned with the values of the hotel and oriented to the maximum satisfaction of each guest.

  • Leadership: a training path extended to heads of departments and staff to align vision and role awareness for both the managers and the team
  • Individual assessment: individual sessions with staff working at the Front Desk, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments to understand staff needs and expectations
  • Guest Experience: activity focused on the importance of putting the guest at the centre in order to create an experiential path aimed at maximum satisfaction.
