Description of the facility and training project

JW Marriott Venice Resort and Spa is located on the private island of Isola delle Rose in Venice. The five-star luxury hotel offers a lush retreat. It features 266 rooms, suites and private residences. In addition, the location provides catering services for memorable events such as weddings, meetings and special celebrations, each with unique features and first-class facilities.

The training project involved no less than 84 people in order to develop an all-round luxury guest experience. In detail, the staff worked on the topic of leadership to better communicate in the team and with the guest. We then worked in the classrooms deepening the theme of emotional intelligence to strengthen the professional relationships of the staff.

  • Guest Experience: during the training sessions, we analysed the role of the guest experience and explored all the elements to ensure an excellent stay
  • Team Engagement and Emotional Intelligence: the training project also focused on creating strong relationships between staff members by raising awareness of some key issues such as emotional intelligence
  • The role of leadership: what is the role of leadership in the world of luxury? We started from this question to enhance staff leadership and make it an effective tool for guests.
