For Adèsso Hotel, a facility in the heart of Rome, we developed a tailor-made training programme aimed at strengthening the culture of hospitality and operational efficiency. The programme began with strategic support for management, with coaching sessions and workshops dedicated to professional growth and the definition of shared goals. We then developed the Guest Experience Manual, a personalised operational guide that defined behavioural and service standards according to the brand identity. Staff training consisted of classroom sessions and on-the-job coaching, with a focus on soft skills and service quality. Thanks to real-time feedback, employees were able to improve their skills without interrupting daily operations. This project helped to raise the perceived quality and strengthen the consistency of the guest experience.
