Camping Union Lido

With almost 70 years of experience in the world of hospitality and open-air accommodation, Union Lido is the first campsite on the Cavallino coastline to have been awarded a 5th star (VE).

A campsite covering a total area of 60 hectares and equipped with 2500 camping sites en plein air, cottages, mobile homes, a hotel, 8 restaurants, 23 shops, two Aqua Parks, a Wellness Centre and a nature park.

This resort contacted us to improve internal and external communication, to develop the talents of its employees and to improve the guest experience of each guest.

• Internal and external communication: training activities for employees to develop specific skills for internal communication between departments and external communication with guests and customers
• Individual and on-the-job assessments: activities carried out during work activities to provide employees with real-time feedback on areas of strength and improvement
• Mystery Guest: two Mystery Guests were carried out in order to provide management with details of what performs best and what can be improved.
