Hotel Boite

Every corner of Hotel Boite, located in Borca di Cadore, is designed to enchant guests and bring back true design treasures: from the refined furnishings that combine tradition and modernity to the delicious culinary delicacies that treat the tastebuds. The hotel has 84 double rooms triple and quadruple rooms, and flats that can accommodate up to 5 people. Every detail is taken care of with love and dedication, creating an atmosphere of timeless charm.

The training project was set up to support the employees in developing a valuable, upmarket guest experience. After an initial incognito audit, we organised classroom activities on the topic of communication, sales and leadership.

We then trained the staff directly in the field, supporting them during operations and sharing feedback in real time to improve professionally and enhance the service offered to guests.

• Mystery Guest: through this activity we have provided the hotel with precise feedback on the hotel’s areas of strength and improvement.
• Coaching on the job: staff were supported during operations receiving real-time feedback to improve the service offered
• Communication, leadership and sales: these topics were addressed in order to create proactivity towards the guest and to improve the need exploration.
