Why you should join the Leadership Bootcamp

Leadership Bootcamp is much more than just a training course. It is an opportunity to dedicate yourself completely to your personal and professional growth, with other people who are pursuing this goal. The full-immersion format allows you to experience two days in a hotel together with all the other participants and lecturers. In addition, this set-up allows you to carry out all the activities to the best of your ability without excessive outside distractions and promotes the quality of the relationships you can establish during the two days of experiential training.

The result you can take home from this experience is not only specific knowledge of potential development tools and methodologies, but also and above all a greater awareness of who you are as a person and as a leader.

What it is, why it is important to develop it, what the characteristics of a leader are, why they are crucial in management and why it must be consciously developed.

Obstacles to leadership

The comfort zone, how habits work, neural dopamine circuits, self-sabotage mechanisms of the mind, self-deception, the roles of shame and guilt.

Situational leadership

What are the different leadership styles, how to enhance one’s own leadership style in work situations, understanding how best to interact with other styles.

Leadership dimensions

Understand the different aspects that characterise leadership, and its relational dimensions, so that everyone becomes aware of their own uniqueness and distinctive style.

Conscious feedback

What is a feedback, types of feedback, how to share feedback effectively, how to support team growth through the power of words.

Conflict and Dialogue

Identifying relational problems that arise in a team, techniques and tools for problem solving, the importance of developing non-violent communication.

Why it is important to have goals, individual and group goals, how to define concrete goals and effective action plans for the future.

Didactic Method

In order to enhance training effectiveness and to understand the usefulness of the techniques and tools presented, the course proposes various training methodologies that are stimulating, interactive and ensure the involvement of participants.

Exercises and practical activities

The practical exercises and activities proposed in this course are designed to make participants experience what will then be developed through lectures and interactive teaching.

Theoretical Frames

Activity debriefings provide participants with all the tools, key concepts and fundamental knowledge to ground what they have experienced, and transform it into awareness.

Individual exercises

Individual work during the training days allows participants to put what they have learnt into practice again, fostering discussion, introspection and awareness.

All group exercises represent added value. The human relationships and direct confrontation with the participants help you to change your perspective and take in new stimuli.

Target audience

This course is designed for those who wish to improve and develop their own leadership and that of their team, thereby increasing the quality of performance and overall motivation. In addition, this course is aimed at anyone wishing to dedicate time to themselves, to achieve greater clarity and strategy. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the course, the number of participants is limited. The training will be delivered in Italian.

Activities and useful information:

The activities planned for this full-immersion weekend are practical, designed to broaden your horizons on the concept of leadership and people management. Through a programme of exercises from different disciplines, such as theatre, you will develop a growing awareness of the dimensions of group relations and the dynamics that characterise them. As experiential activities involving the use of the body (e.g. theatre activities) are planned, comfortable/sporty clothing is required for participants. Furthermore, it is important to be in good physical health at the time of the activities (no injuries affecting movement). The course is open and accessible to people with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment and appropriate support.

There are two scholarships covering 50% of the course value for two candidates. The profiles of young people under 30 (students, professionals and people wishing to grow and reposition themselves professionally) will be evaluated.
