Alberto Tita is a consultant and trainer specialised in luxury hospitality. With over 37 years of experience in 4- and 5-star hotels, he has developed a deep passion for hospitality working in Italy and abroad. After obtaining his Waiter and Bar diploma in 1983 at the Hotelier Institute of Varallo Sesia, he began his career in prestigious establishments such as the Hotel Splendido in Portofino and the Venice Simplon Orient Express.

He has held prominent positions, including Restaurant Manager at the Galileo Restaurant at the Observatory Hotel in Sydney, and later at the Royal Meridien Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, where he was also Assistant of F&B Manager. In Europe, he worked at the Meridien Penina in Portugal and the Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Brussels. As Food & Beverage Director at Forte Village in Santa Margherita, he consolidated his experience, culminating in 18 years as General Manager of the Hotel Rossini at the Theatre in Imperia.

Since 2021, with Hospite, Alberto has turned his experience into training, dedicating himself to raising the standards of the industry through consultancy and courses dedicated to the world of luxury.
