The training experience with Hospite made me extremely satisfied. The training is not only limited to theory, but thanks to the many practical exercises, I had the opportunity to grow professionally in a concrete way. The lessons are super interesting and never boring.

The Hospite course sparked in me a personal awareness of the care needed in human relationships, both work-related and otherwise, and enabled me to acquire the concrete tools to be able to recognise and adapt my behaviour based on the company's objectives. I also learnt how I can uplift individual team members by triggering positive and improving processes so that everyone can reach their full potential.

Thanks to the professionalism, friendliness and patience of the teacher and assistant, learning is simple, practical and functional. In addition, thanks to the interactive exercises, a climate of trust and cooperation is created within the study group, which is very helpful for successful learning.
