After the training with Hospite, I consider myself fully satisfied both for the contents covered during the training and for the modality through which the training has been carried out. Michele and Nicola are professional and at the same time hands-on, so that they can put everyone at ease. The advices that I received during the training have been very useful and, thanks to them, I improved my dialectic skills.
As an apprentice at his first real work experience, I have truly appreciated the opportunity to take part in this training. I think that beginning my experience with a so detailed training has been immensely useful. The advices given by the two trainers has been an essential help in order to assimilate many techniques, useful for approaching to guests and for dealing with disputes. I suggest this kind of training experience to everyone who operates in the Hospitality industry.
A very interesting and motivating training. One of the things that struck me the most, has been the atmosphere that the trainers have been able to create and their attention in observing and identifying the abilities of each of us and our areas of improvement. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have had the opportunity to reflect again on my role at work, becoming aware of it and successfully tasting what they have taught me, even though I have always applied some of those methods presented.
