How to manage the budget in an effective and strategic way
In order to maximize the training efficiency and to understand the usefulness of the techniques and tools presented, the course provides the participants with several exercises and simulations of situations that actually happened.
The theory provides participants with all the tools, techniques and fundamental knowledge to be applied in a real context.
Practical exercises and role plays train participants in a concrete and real way to simulate typical dynamics and situations in hotel management.
Individual work during the three training days allows participants to put theoretical concepts and topics into practice and encourages direct confrontation with the lecturers.
Following the course participation, students have access to the Digital Academy platform to deepen topics covered in the classroom and to further qualify themselves professionally.
The course is aimed at all those who wish to acquire managerial skills for the world of Hospitality at management level. It is also aimed at those who wish to take on a responsible role and those who are already involved in the management of a hotel and wish to enhance their skills and methodologies.
The Course Certificate, which is subject to the achievement of at least 85% of the score in the final exam, guarantees the validity of the certificate worldwide, as it is recognised by the Institute of Hospitality. The examination consists of the development of a project work after the training course.

There are two scholarships covering 50% of the course value for two candidates. The profiles of young people under 30 (students, professionals and people wishing to grow and reposition themselves professionally) will be evaluated.
