Our training project has been launched in order to enhance, develop and share the Italian tradition of hospitality.

Bolzan

Psychologist, professional coach and trainer with a long training experience on the field. He has contributed to the training of many companies in the hospitality, cruise ship and customer service industries.
As an expert on leadership, selling and linguistic intelligence, he studied coaching techniques in Italy and also in the USA, continuing his studies with a Master Degree at ‘Il Sole 24 ore’ and Harvard Business School.

Michele

Prete

Professional coach and trainer, with a long managerial experience in the Hospitality industry. He has worked in 4 and 5 stars international luxury hotels, consolidating and managing the Sales & Marketing department and, on a later stage, the education and training of the employees.
As an expert on problem-solving, emotional intelligence and people management, he has studied coaching techniques and continued his studies with Gallup International and Harvard Business School.
